Color From Dust (Afghanistan)

Recently I've had the privilege to spend time with a doctor who serves as a long-term aid worker to a real peachy part of the world...Afghanistan, a Texas sized area of earth marred by war and cloaked in dusty desolation.  This humanitarian tells the kind of triumphant, adversity ridden tales that make you feel like your living your life asleep.  And though she speaks with a smile and a humility that says "I'm no Superman", I know she is. 

Anyway, as I helped design some presentations for her I came across a few beautiful photos set in Afghanistan that communicated the idea of color from dust...something we all need eyes to see.  And maybe a life to be...
